Erin, the habitual iced coffee drinker despite negative degree weather, discovered Phoenix Roasters at a conference in Georgia when she was in college. She instantly fell in love with their mission, values, and (of course) coffee! When Matt and Erin met, Matt immediately got behind what would be perpetually known as “the coffee shop thing.” After years of dreaming and attempting and stalling, here we are! We are so excited to share delicious, unique coffee with Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas. Our humble beginnings will hopefully lead us to offer more menu items and services, but we are so glad to be able to start here and introduce these specialty drinks to our neighborhood.
